Are You Ready for the Wealth Transfer to Women?

Now that the election season has passed with little physical violence suffered, my stress level has decreased. There is still quite a bit going on, of course, but I feel that now is the time to move on.

That being said, I am thinking about something that I have talked about before.

The unprecedented transfer of wealth to women in the US.

According to a July report from McKinsey & Company, baby boomers control 70% of the assets.

What’s more: In two-thirds of affluent households with a male and female partner, the man is the key financial decision-maker.

Statistics show that women outlive men by approximately 5 years. Hence the transfer of wealth when their male partners die, the women will then be in control of the wealth.

There are many articles out there talking about how to attract female investors. The stock market and financial advisors are ready to take us on.

For many of you, this transfer of wealth will not be direct. It may come through your mother or father. Remember: opportunity is where preparation meets luck.

Are you one of the “lucky” ones? Are you prepared? Don’t let this wealth transfer only survive one generation. We can learn how to build generational wealth that will last far beyond our lifetimes.

If you feel inspired to take control and build your financial future, begin today by reading my free e-book: How to Create Wealth That Outlives You

book cover: how to create wealth that outlives you.

Until next time… give your money a mission and invest in real estate that provides a financial return and improves communities.
