Discovering Real Estate Investing in Medical School

Eric Tait never realized he would stumble upon real estate investing while he was a medical student. He quickly learned that it was his ticket to practice medicine on his own terms, so he continued to pursue multiple streams of income.

Eric is a physician who is board certified in Internal Medicine and Investment Fund Manager with Vernonville Asset Management, a private investment firm that helps investors attain or maintain financial independence using alternative assets. Under Eric’s leadership, VAM has grown to over 100 million dollars in assets internationally and domestically, these include the Hilton Curio Resort in Belize, numerous Triple Net Commercial and Light Industrial assets, multi-family apartment homes, student housing, specialty coffee farms in Boquete, Panama, and dozens of single family homes, private lending funds, and Angel Investments.
