As syndicators, we are aware that it is scary to take somebody else’s money and tell them we’re going to give it back to them because there can be a risk in any business. However, syndication is an excellent way to help people have another alternative of income and make money in real estate. In this today’s episode, Pancham Gupta shares his experience from being an employee to being self-employed, and how he started his syndication business. Pancham is a professional real estate fund manager and a co-founder of Mesos Capital which controls over $60M in assets. He is the host and founder of The Gold Collar Investor podcast and is passionate about teaching personal finance. Using his engineering background and his 14 years of experience in the FinTech industry, he has created systems and successfully built a portfolio that is cash-flowing over 10%. Pancham is also a co-founder of the popular Multifamily Mastermind NYC group and has been featured on investment panels, conferences, and podcasts.
