Live the Life You Love with Real Estate Investing

Geez, it is already the first week of March 2021!

How are you doing?

Are your goals starting to look more or less attainable?

Have you changed your mind as to whether or not you still want what you thought you wanted when 2021 started? I sure did, but more on that later…

Maybe you have never really thought about this or thought about why we “change” our minds about something we really, really wanted.

Let’s look at it (day dreamy-like picture)…

You have the life you’ve always dreamed of, and you are at the table with the boys, the executives of the company. You have worked hard to be heard by them and be one of them.

You went to college, got your degree, worked hard to get that window office and a seat at that table. You gave up nights out with your friends and traveling with the girls. You may even have delayed having your baby to get here.

Now you have money in the bank, the house or apartment that you wanted on the street that you wanted.

One morning you wake up and think, “I don’t want to do this today.” But you get up and put on your “power” suit and do it. And you keep doing it.woman stressed

That thought keeps sneaking back into your head, and it is getting louder and louder. You fight to keep from saying it out loud, “I don’t want to do this anymore!” You feel that somehow you must not be normal. I mean, who wouldn’t want this life?! The money, the house, the children it’s the American dream!

“I don’t want this anymore.”

That was me a few years ago. I knew that there had to be another way.

The answer was multiple streams of income.

I had to make money some other way. And I definitely did not want to get on another hamster wheel to run until I died or became a bitter, old woman.

I then discovered real estate investing.

Fortunately, while still practicing medicine, I met some amazing women who helped me get started.

One went with me to look at a property, walked it with me, and made me an offer I could not refuse. She said, “If you don’t buy this, I will.”

My competitive nature took over, but she continued, “If you buy it, I will let you use my crew to rehab it, and if you cannot get it rented or you are losing money, I will buy it from you.”

I was all in.

real estate investingShe was right…that property did well, and we were off to the races! It has not been an easy road, and there have been many hard days, just like in medical school. I’ve also learned a ton.

With real estate syndication, you can invest with friends.

We can do it together! You can work as much or as little as you want, invest where you want, buy a pretty or ugly property, or buy a property that ultimately pays you every month.

Let that money work for you for a change.

You deserve a vacation, a long one, on a sunny beach, with that hot guy… oh wait, that was me- sorry 🙂  You deserve whatever it is that makes your heart sing.
