In this episode, we talk to Rose Vitale, a business owner, and entrepreneur who has been building businesses for over 25 years. She started her journey with one store, that she ultimately grew into 15, having the #1 store in the region. Rose enjoys working with other business owners helping them to maximize their potential. Apart from being the host of the Women in Business Podcast, she and her team also recently developed an online investment resource called, the Female Investor Magazine.

Rose talks about her insights in running a successful business by learning from experiences, welcoming change, and being flexible when needed. She also shares her passion for helping out the less-fortunate by feeding the homeless and developing food projects in her local community. Aside from feeding the homeless, Rose is also very passionate about encouraging and mentoring women when it comes to entrepreneurship and investment.
