Start Before You’re Ready

A Doctor’s Wealth Move

On a recent episode of the WealthBuildHERS podcast, I had a powerful conversation with Dr. Chiagozie Fawole, a physician who made her first real estate flip during medical school. What struck me most wasn’t just the savvy deal-making; it was her mindset. She chose to start before she was ready, and that made all the difference.

That’s the spark I want to share with you today. Because if you’ve ever thought, “I need more time, more money, or more knowledge before I invest,” I’m here to challenge that mindset lovingly.

Friend, I’m going to say this with love:

LEARN: Know What You Don’t Know

You don’t need to be a real estate expert. You just need to be curious enough to learn.

Start with podcasts. Read beginner blogs. Ask questions. You’ll quickly find there are so many paths into real estate:  rentals, syndications, crowdfunding, and you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Attending a webinar on various passive income streams.

INVEST: Start Small, Think Long

You don’t have to drop six figures on your first deal. You can start with a small partnership, a short-term rental, or even a passive crowdfunding platform.

The goal isn’t perfection, it’s participation. Because your license should not only heal others. It should help fund your own freedom.

Start small

VALUE: Align Wealth With Your Why

This is where wealth gets personal. Are you investing just to make money?

Or are you investing to fund the life and impact you’re meant to create?

When I invest, it’s always aligned with my values: legacy, equity, and purpose.

That’s how I make sure my wealth feels right, not just looks right.

Vision Strategy

ENJOY: Let It Empower You

Let’s be real: money isn’t just about security. It’s about options.

Imagine being able to take time off without guilt, support your family freely, or give generously to causes you care about. That’s what I mean by “enjoy.” It’s not about yachts and jets, it’s about power, peace, and presence.

Just enjoy

Still Waiting for the Right Time?

Friend, I’m going to say this with love:

There is no perfect time. There’s only now, and your willingness to bet on yourself.

You don’t have to start big. You just have to start aligned.

Your Next Step:  Let’s Do This Together

Let’s turn your knowledge into action.
Let’s turn your paycheck into purpose.
Let’s build wealth on your terms.

How to Rebuild Financial Confidence and Create New Opportunities

How to Rebuild Financial Confidence and Create New Opportunities   Let’s talk about something many women quietly wonder about. What happens when life changes faster than your financial plan? What No One Taught Us About Money And Why It Matters

There is a quiet belief many high-achieving women have but rarely say out loud:
“I should already know how money works.” And when they don’t? It turns into shame, silence, and staying stuck longer than they need to. In this episode, Dr. Froe gently dismantles that belief and replaces it with something far more powerful: truth. You were never taught how moneyactually works, and that is not a personal failure; it’s an education gap.
