Creating Opportunities for a Better Future

Last week I wrote about reflecting on the past and preparing for the future. Have you had a chance to think about it much? I realize that the holiday season is a busy time for many of us, even if it may look a bit different this year without the events and big get-togethers that we are accustomed to.

But time continues on despite everything going on in our lives, even seemingly quicker this time of year, and here we are already a few days into the last month of 2020.

It may seem that not much will change when we go from 12/31/2020 to 1/1/2021 but in reality, there is a world of opportunity for change within you.

The new year is the perfect time to make the commitment to yourself to reach your goals. Think about one thing you would like to accomplish in the next 6 months and make it your priority. Wake up every morning and affirm how important it is to you, and remind yourself that not accomplishing it is not an option. Affirm that you will do everything necessary that day to accomplish your goal.

What if one of your goals is to increase your real estate portfolio?

What’s the best move, what type of real estate is best? Where should you invest? With whom should you invest?

All great questions. We have been navigating interesting times, which will surely continue into the new year.

But there are a lot of people putting a great deal of thought into what’s on the horizon.

I pay attention to people who are not trying to sell me something, people who do A LOT of research and share it with me to let me make my own decisions. Two people that I listen to are Kathy Fettke of Real Wealth Network and Dave Stech of Purpose Built Investments. Both are sharing research which suggests that there is a better than average chance of single family homes being the ‘place to be’ for the near future.

Take a look at Kathy’s Housing Market Predictions and Dave’s State of the Union for Real Estate and Private Lending on MC Laubscher’s Cash Flow Ninja podcast.

Dave and his sons Josh and Blake, along with an amazing team, put together a group called ACCESS insiders. It’s an invitation only group that I had the honor of being asked to join earlier this year. It’s been an invaluable experience and I have learned so much.

After you explore the articles and video, if being introduced to ACCESS is of interest to you, schedule a call and I will introduce you. Think back to your 6-month goal. Perhaps this opportunity aligns and can help you reach it. Even if you decide the group is not for you, Dave is a great guy to know.

Until next time, be well and enjoy the season.

How to Rebuild Financial Confidence and Create New Opportunities

How to Rebuild Financial Confidence and Create New Opportunities   Let’s talk about something many women quietly wonder about. What happens when life changes faster than your financial plan? What No One Taught Us About Money And Why It Matters

There is a quiet belief many high-achieving women have but rarely say out loud:
“I should already know how money works.” And when they don’t? It turns into shame, silence, and staying stuck longer than they need to. In this episode, Dr. Froe gently dismantles that belief and replaces it with something far more powerful: truth. You were never taught how moneyactually works, and that is not a personal failure; it’s an education gap.
