Felecia Froe, MD is the founder of an investment company focused on empowering professional women to build wealth and achieve financial freedom through social impact investing.
As a real estate syndicator, Felecia has partnered with like-minded investors and has raised money for several social impact projects. For example, with her partners at the Eco Alliance Group, she is providing healthy food to food desert areas with indoor vertical farms and grocery stores.
Additionally, she has written many Best Selling books including How to Create Wealth that Outlives You as well as being an advocate for the great work others are doing in their communities through her regular Podcast Money With Mission

Dominica has two airports: Douglas Charles Airport (DOM), which accommodates most of the international travel, as well as Canefield Airport (DFC), a smaller commuter option near the capital city of Roseau.

As the retreat approaches, our iLumn8 customer care team will provide you with emails and dedicated webpages containing everything you need to plan your travel and pack with ease.
Retreat Guests agree to pay any outstanding balance due no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of the Program. (Feb. 11th, 2026)
Retreat Guests have read and understand the refund and transfer policy as stated. All cancellation, refund and transfer requests must be made in writing.
- Cancellations: Refunds will be provided for written or electronic cancellations received no later than 4 calendar weeks prior to arrival date of the retreat. The refund provided will be less the non-refundable hotel accommodation and administration fee of $1,200. This retained fee will be available to be applied to a future MWM/iLumn8 retreat for up to 2 years.
- Transfers: A one-time only transfer of a registration fee to a new registrant will be accepted up to 2 calendar weeks before the Program start date.
No refunds or transfers will be provided in the week prior to the start date of the program.
If it becomes necessary to postpone the Program you will be transferred to the rescheduled date or have the option to cancel as stated above.
Retreat Guests agree to read all email communications related to the MWM: Wealth B-Hers Retreat and will respond to any requests regarding my participation.

Felecia will be your lead facilitator, bringing her expertise, knowledge, and unique content to guide the experience. iLumn8.Life provides expert travel support, customer care, and group program coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.
